For each project, we put together a team with the best match of skills and experience, who are then responsible for all aspects of delivery. The people you meet at the pitch are the ones who do the research, present the findings and advise on implementation.

Associate

Zaaki is an experienced social and qualitative researcher. He's become a specialist in running online focus groups and digital engagement. He also enjoys working on difficult projects and on sensitive topics where building rapport with participants is paramount.

Kelly-Anne Amin

Associate

Kelly-Anne is a specialist in human resource management and employee engagement, working with utilities and clients in transport and tourism. She has a MA in Human Resource Management, a LLB in Law from the University of London, and is certified in the use of occupational, ability and personality training from the British Psychological Society.

Mark Gill

Director

Mark is a leading research practitioner with extensive experience in government and commercial research in the UK and internationally. He enjoys working on complex projects and delivering high quality research at exceptional value to clients. From a background in political polling and social research, he is a strong advocate for delivering insights that make a difference to decision makers.

Lucy Hovil

Associate

Lucy is an expert in migration, post conflict justice and gender-based violence research, and has worked with a wide range of governments and civil society clients globally. Lucy is a Deployable Civilian Expert for the UK Government’s Stabilisation Unit, a member of UNDP’s Experts Roster for Rapid Respond, a Senior Research Associate of the International Refugee Rights Initiative, and a Senior Research Associate of the Refugee Law Initiative.

James Humphreys

Director

James’ passion for harnessing research to inform public policy and behaviour change is rooted in a public service career. His roles have included environment attache in Brussels and head of strategic communications in the UK Prime Minister’s Office. He excels at challenging and complex projects where analysis, policy and communications intersect. And in his spare time, he writes psychological thrillers.

Associate

David is a senior health economics and public health consultant. He has expertise in monitoring, evaluation and health economics from over 25 years' experience of working with NHS bodies and health organisations in the UK and globally. As well as projects in the UK, David has delivered developmental projects in Uganda, Malawi and India.

Director

Robert is a highly experienced senior executive and non-executive in media, entertainment and marketing services. He’s a digital native and has been creating and developing successful international digital businesses for over 20 years. All have been passionately consumer and partner focussed and based on insight, data and analytics.

Helen is an experienced qualitative and quantitative researcher with over 25 years’ experience of working for clients predominantly in the public sector. These range from large government departments to charities and local government. Having also worked at large research agencies, Helen appreciates the added value and customer focus that comes with working on more bespoke, tailored projects.

Stephen had a long career as a senior communications executive at organisations including CAA and the Electoral Commission. Now he’s an executive coach, trainer and consultant for a wide range of clients globally.

John has over 25 years senior local government experience, including in senior management roles for a London borough. John has expertise in change management, organisational development, performance improvement, stakeholder alignment and partnership building. He works for clients across the public sector in the UK and internationally.

John is a former director of communication and spokesman for three Foreign Secretaries, who has since been strategic communication advisor to the Syrian democratic opposition at the United Nations talks, and to the Palestinian Authority. From his first career as a journalist to his latest as an author, he has always expressed himself in plain words, whether in writing or in verbal advice, never afraid to say what is needed, rather than wanted.

Jacqueline Wilson

Jacqueline is a leading international consultant in organisational and leadership development, working with public and private sector entities with an aim to strengthening their organisational design and capacity. She is a former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Public Administration of Trinidad and Tobago, and until 2010 she was Director, Governance and Institutional Development of the Commonwealth Secretariat.
